The Maremma Natural Park offers a slice of unspoiled nature where life flows at another pace between horses that run free, the Maremma cows that graze placid and kilometers of wild coastline.
Stop at the Argentario to sample Orbetello's cephalon bottarga and Porto Santo Stefano's blond shrimp. At the Isola del Giglio try the breadcrumbs with grapes and figs. Taste also the Tuscan pecorino PDO, the chestnut or chestnut honey, the Saffron of Maremma, the meat of Maremmana. The wine not to be missed?
