Overview
"Crescia" is a type of soft flatbread typical of the Marche region. At Cresceria B.A.C., it's prepared fresh and stuffed with a wide assortment of ingredients, from the very traditional Pecorino cheese and ciauscolo sausage to the newer combinations such as pulled pork, red cabbage and barbecue sauce. You can also buy crescia ready-made in packs to take home and create your own fillings.
