Overview

The Romanesque church dates back to 1213. A characteristic feature is the little staircase leading up to the roof. On the façade, there is a beautiful portal with a lunette window, while on the southern side there are sculptured capitals in the Pisan style. The northern portal has a bas relief depicting two lions. The church is open on request. To arrange a visit, go to the museum in Piazza Tratalias. Inside, there is an altarpiece dating to 1596 , depicting the Virgin Enthroned between St John the Baptist and St John the Evangelist.
