Brembana Valley
In the Brembana Valley, there is a wide choice of slopes for both downhill and cross-country skiing, as well as routes for ski mountaineering or snowboarding areas. The most famous resorts are Foppolo, Piazzatorre (where it is also possible to do ice hockey), Carona and Valtorta, while the Conca dell'Alben Nordic Ski Centre in Oltre il Colle is very well-organised and gives access to slopes up to tens of kilometres long of easy and medium difficulty.
Seriana Valley
The Seriana Valley - Val di Scalve offers beautiful landscapes and more than 100 kilometres of slopes of various types, served by numerous ski-lifts: for children and the first practice of skiing, more difficult for experts, specific for cross-country skiing, but also refuges with solariums for relaxing moments immersed in the panorama of the Orobian Pre-Alps, snowshoeing and ski mountaineering itineraries, up to snowmobile rides at night. The best known facilities are located at Spiazzi di Gromo, Lizzola, Mount Pora, Mount Purito and Presolana.
Val Camonica
The Camonica Valley allows an immersion in unspoilt nature between walks in the Adamello and Stelvio Parks, but also ski facilities such as Ponte di Legno-Tonale, Corteno-Aprica, Borno and Montecampione.
Valsassina
Ideal destinations for those who want to approach the mountains for the first time, the Piani di Bobbio and Piani delle Betulle in Valsassina allow both to learn to ski, but also to experience a relaxing break in an enchanting natural environment.
Valtellina
One of the richest and most inclusive offers in Valtellina: more than 400 km of slopes for Alpine skiing, 200 km for Nordic skiing, snowpark and baby park areas, 53 high altitude mountain huts and restaurants directly on the slopes, 50 equipment rental centres and 30 ski schools for safe and professional learning.
In addition, the Stelvio Valtellina slopes allow skiing at all times of the year: from May to November it becomes a true "University of Skiing" for practising skiers and training champions.
