The Torri del Benaco Tibetan Bridge

Overview

Among the longest suspension bridges in the world

Between the rock walls that form the San Gervasio Gorge is the Torri del Benaco Tibetan Bridge, a 34-metre-long suspended acrobatic steel cable route about 30 metres above the ground. All of which make it a favourite destination for lovers of high-adrenaline adventures. The high altitude and the proximity to Lake Garda provide a spectacular view of the surrounding nature, but to tackle the route it is necessary to have the appropriate equipment. Harness, helmet and longes are provided prior to the start of the activity by the staff, assisted by the mountain guide who provides all the necessary information to the participants.

The Bridge is open to both adults and children, minimum height 120 cm and minimum age 6 years, and to underage children under the supervision and control of an adult. There are two routes available. The standard route takes an average of 2 hours. It begins with the first bridge, 70 metres long, that crosses the Gorge perpendicular to its course, and then joins the main bridge, which from this point follows the course of the San Gervasio Gorge longitudinally. At the end of the second bridge, a path runs to the third and last bridge, 90 m long and hanging some 40 m above the ground.

The extra route allows you to reach the third bridge by tackling the Via Ferrata Bunker, for a total of 3 hours.
