Museo Della Radio

Overview

The "Guglielmo Marconi" Radio Museum offers a glimpse into the history of radio from its earliest scientific equipment at the beginning of the 20th century to its design in the 1950s. With 700 pieces of equipment from 7 nations, this museum was officially recognised by Elettra Marconi for the presence of the directional antenna once installed on the Panfilo Elettra, from which Guglielmo Marconi developed wireless technology, enabling the world to be connected and ushering in the third millennium. The Museum is unique in the world in terms of both the quantity of exhibits and, above all, their quality.
