Overview
At the centre of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG production area, the panoramas painted by the Refròntolo campaign envelop the traveller in a sensory storm of colours and aromas.
A specific location, Molinetto della Croda, slightly shifted to the north with respect to the village centre, gives the traveller further motivation to visit Refròntolo. A large water mill, located on the banks of the Lierza stream, has been renovated and restarted to keep the stone grinding activity of excellent flours alive. In addition, a small museum tells the history and techniques of using water mills, an exhibition not to be missed before starting to explore the shady paths that criss-cross the surrounding valley.
