Overview

Here, Carlo Caporicci has established his home and farm with the adjoining restaurant La Cucina, a place to enjoy good food and try the farm's products. A truly short supply chain, therefore, for a truffle that here is truly king in all its guises: fresh, frozen or preserved. You're truly spoilt for choice, with truffle velouté, white or black, truffle butter, truffle sauces and truffle tagliata.
