Cala Petra Ruja

Together with Liscia Ruja is of the Costa Smeralda's most popular beaches, Cala Petra Ruja (i.e. Red Stone Cove). It is natural, bordered by two headlands and protected by a scrub of junipers, helichrysums, sea bulrushes, rock roses and sea lilies, punctuated by rocks and red-tinged granite pebbles. The water, from light blue to turquoise to green, bathes a soft white sand, and both offer enviable views of the small islands ofSoffi and Mortorio.
