Valpolicella: Food & Olive Oil Tasting + Optional Transportation

Experience description

Start your adventure with a short walk through the Garden of Olives, and listen to the story of a local family and their production of wine and oil.



Stop by the 15th-century farmhouse for a visit, and see the rooms where oil was kept centuries ago, as well as the original cellar. Learn about the production of Italian Extra Virgin Oil, and how to correctly identify a high-quality oil by the label!



Afterwards, get some first-hand experience on the subject by tasting various regional types of olive oil. Try varieties from Puglia, Tuscany, Liguria, and Veneto, before tasting the Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde organic olive oil.



Your tasting is combined alongside typical Venetian products, including cold cuts and cheeses with bread and special mustard. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views from the terrace!
