Overview
The Equiraduno of the Holy Year, Organized by Final Furlong, will start on March 28 from Varese and arrive in Rome on May 14, 2025, when the procession of knights and amazons will make its solemn entrance into Piazza San Pietro.
A one-of-a-kind pilgrimage, an experience that embodies the theme of the Jubilee 2025, “Pilgrims of Hope”: knights and amazons will travel the ancient pilgrimage routes to reach the Eternal City and participate in the audience with Pope Francis.
Traveling along the Romea Strata, Romea Germanica, Francigena and Francigena del Sud routes, pilgrims will pass through villages and communities, connecting people to the values of the land, culture and faith.
The event aims to enhance the natural, cultural and social heritage, to be discovered in the company of the horse, a symbol of gentle and sustainable mobility, and also of communication, education and training, with a view to responsible tourism.
