It's a long list: Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, culatello, Salame di Felino, tomato purée, pasta, Lambrusco and Malvasia are all symbols of authentic Italian culinary traditions and are considered prime examples of "Made in Italy" excellence on dinner tables across the globe.

Our itinerary takes us on an exploration of the Parma valleys, along the trails made famous by Gravel Gourmet, the annual event that introduces you to exciting new places. The two-day tour, open to all, is all about fun and relaxation as you discover unique places and products.

You will enjoy an authentic experience with the friendly welcome typical of Emilia Romagna, and the tour is accessible to anyone keen to explore this corner of Italy by bike.
