The route towards Aosta starts from the Sarre sports area, skirting the river that gives its name to the cycle path. From the Montfleury sports area, you can join the cycling network in Aosta, a town that has been called the “little Rome of the Alps”.

Along the cycle path, be sure to visit the Royal Castle of Sarre, home of the Savoy family.
A small diversion takes you to the two castles of Saint-Pierre and Aymavilles Castle.

Passing through the Plan Felinaz area, you come to a small bridge and continue through flowery fields near Fénis , with its enchanting mediaeval castle.
