FIVE BELL TOWERS The restaurant takes its name from the five bell towers that represent the ancient city parishes, symbolically gathered in this splendid place of Busto Arsizio. 5 Bell towers, represents a magical and fascinating place, difficult to forget for the beauty, the charm and the well-being that it transmits.
REFINED - Once in the restaurant, you will immediately be fascinated by the extremely refined environment and the elegance of the relaxed tables and the very relaxing colors. Antonio Pagani, a long-time chef, offers a refined but creative cuisine, outside the classical schemes, combining traditional Italian products, those from all over the world. The menu based on both meat and fish dishes, also uses products from other countries and so the traditional recipes are proposed completely revised.
Some example of creative choice in paper, is the delicate scalloped tartar sprinkled with crispy dried fruit with delicious datterino tomatoes seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and chapelur de lime. In the first courses the delicious handkerchiefs of rice flour chopped with basil with Alaskan king crab. Also the cellar with 350 Italian and foreign labels satisfying customers, also for the splendid collection of whisky, cognac and calvados. The Speciality of Good Remembrance is the Sinfonia Bustocca dish.
